Mr. Tone is a dedicated artist who puts all of himself into every performance. Best described as part comedian, part jester, part clown, he has distinguished himself as a modern-day entertainer who is clearly devoted to creating fun and laughter.

Mr. Tone is one of only a handful of comic-clown type performers to redefine the art of clowning. By removing the Hi-jinks yet preserving the comic, Mr. Tone is able to deliver a masterful blend of audience-participation type performances that creates fun, laughter and enjoyment. His casual yet humorous delivery keeps his audience engaged. Children find comfort in his style - adults find humor in his delivery - all designed to generate pure fun!

Not only a student of Clowning, Mr. Tone has created several clown characters for corporations and productions. A master-educator in modern-day clowning. His curriculum guides performers to focus on what is most important - audience pleasure and comfort vs. buffoonery.  Using this philosophy, he is one of only a mere handful of children's entertainers that enjoyed a 23 year run (as "Calvin the Clown"), maintaining 5 stage shows a week to sold out audiences in Boston. Prior to his success in New England, Tone was Director of Entertainment for Circus Playhouse, where he designed and created a host of character entertainers including "Whistles the Clown", the companies signature star performer.  

Today Mr. Tone lives in Atlanta, Georgia where he enjoys performing on stage, at parties and special events. He is also an advocate for Character Education, Mr. Tone's Character Education program produces both print lessons and school shows designed to inspire children to reach their personal best as citizens. 

Mr. Tone is also a huge fan of CAMP SUNSHINE a program for kids with cancer. He attends summer camp, hospital camp and family camp doing activities, shows, and magic classes.
